Installing Kali Linux Tools using Katoolin on Ubuntu<\/a><\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Install Git
\nLaunch the Terminal and enter the following command to install Git.<\/p>\n

sudo apt-get install git
\nCheck the Git version. As of today, it\u2019s version 2.17.1.<\/p>\n

sudo git –version<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 Install Python
\nCheck for available Python version.<\/p>\n

sudo apt-cache policy python
\nAvailable Python Version
\nAvailable Python Version
\nStart install Python 2.7.<\/p>\n

sudo apt-get install python
\nNow check for installed version:<\/p>\n

sudo python -V<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 Install Katoolin
\nBefore installing Katoolin, clone git repository to our current location. Here we are going to clone git to \u201c\/opt\u201d directory.<\/p>\n

sudo git clone https:\/\/github.com\/LionSec\/katoolin.git
\nClone Katoolin Git
\nClone Katoolin Git
\nCopy the Katoolin binary to your path:<\/p>\n

sudo cp katoolin\/katoolin.py \/usr\/bin\/katoolin
\nGive executable permission to katoolin:<\/p>\n

sudo chmod +x \/usr\/bin\/katoolin
\nThat\u2019s it. Katoolin is now installed. Let\u2019s start using it.<\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2013 Check Katoolin Interface and Options
\nLaunch katoolin.<\/p>\n

sudo katoolin
\nNow you can see Katoolin main interface and four options:<\/p>\n

Add Kali repositories & Update
